How much lead time do you require for an order?
10 – 20 days depending on distance to ship. If you have a rush order please give us a call, we’ll be happy to try and fit it in.
How do you ship?
We will ship to you in the most economical manner available. Ground service is preferred unless rush is required.
How do I pay?
We accept Visa, MasterCard or prepayment (via cheque or money order) on all orders.
Are there any other charges added to my order?
We do not have add ons for adding your custom logo, line changes, extra lines, die charges, or changing colours.
How can I submit my custom logo or artwork?
We accept almost any format including jpeg, tif, eps, and gif. It should be 300 DPI or greater. Generally artwork used on your web site will not be high enough quality. It can be e-mailed individually or attached to your order to, firstname.lastname@example.org. If a digital logo is not available you can send a hard copy via regular mail.

Yes, we keep a record of your previous orders on file.
Do you have CKC, AKC and UKC logos?
Is there a minimum amount for stock orders?
Stock ribbons are sold in packages of 50 each.
I need to place an order for my specialty show but don’t know the exact numbers until closing. How do I do this?
Place your order well in advance and let us know the closing date . After closing you may adjust your order as necessary because we will have scheduled time for your particular order around this date.
